Integrations

Connected to the systems you already use

Invoices, ledger entries, change orders and time data flow into AIMZ automatically. Pick your systems below, or build your own integration on the open API.

Accounting and ERP12

How it works

Your ledger and your forecast, finally in step

AIMZ connects directly to your accounting or ERP system and keeps the project finances in sync with the ledger – no exports, no re-typing. Every supplier invoice and posting is pulled into the right project and linked to what you planned, so the forecast always shows planned cost next to actual cost.

  1. 1

    Connect

Authorise AIMZ against your accounting system once. From then on, invoices and postings flow in on their own.

  2. 2

    Sync

New supplier invoices and ledger postings land on the right project, account and production code, with a reference back to the voucher.

  3. 3

    Link

AI suggests which contract, change order or purchase each invoice belongs to. Actual cost meets planned cost, and the final forecast updates on the spot.

Construction and field tools5

How it works

What happens on site, reflected in the numbers

Field and project tools hold the day-to-day reality of a project: changes, hours and site documentation. AIMZ exchanges this data so that what happens on site is reflected in the project finances without registering it twice.

  1. 1

    Connect

Link the tool to the right AIMZ project. Each integration is set up once per organisation.

  2. 2

    Exchange

Changes, hours and resource data are shared with AIMZ and placed on the right contracts and accounts.

  3. 3

    Follow up

The effect shows up in the forecast and reports immediately, with a source behind every figure.

API and MCP

Open API for your own integrations

Everything you see in AIMZ is available through our open GraphQL API, so you can pull project data into your own systems, reports and AI tools. The same API powers our MCP support, which lets AI assistants work directly with your project finances.
